Phase I.            

Idea is born, matured, evolved & crystallized.

Phase II.            

Idea proclaims its existance, triggers engagement in others. Association ICI-Jagman Alliance is formed. Realization begins. Network expands. Material is compiled. Knowledge is refined. Concept is defined in detail, -revised, computed, estimated, verbalized & illustrated.

Phase III.           

The construction of a feasibility study starts. A small-size version where basic features from the different JAMs are implemented in limited scale. The pilot (ß-JAM) serves three main purpouses;
 -it acts environmental setting for the anthropological aspect of the experiment (lifeconditions & behavioral patterns are monitored/described for further analysis, interpretation & explanation.
- Test module for a few new solutions. These are to be integrated with well established solutions for sustainable dwelling, combinations of previously unknown effiency.
- ß-JAM is part of the constellation that constitutes phase 4, making way for phase 5.

Phase IV.           

ICI-JA gets a semi-permanent location on leased/borrowed/occupied land. ß-JAM and the seacontainer in which tools & machines of ICI-JA is kept, will be the frame of the mobile workshop and HQ housing phase 5 & 6. Preparations (material, money, bluesprints & assistance) proceeds.

Phase V.            

JAM2 will be the first full-scale prototype built. Probably modified in accordance to knowledge accumulated in phase 3 & 4. In line with the aim of ICI-JA, production of JAM2 will be monitored closely and documented thoroughly. The result of phase 5 should thereby be a Jagman Alliance Modular Dwelling System according to the masterplan and a compiled DIY-manual for publication. After completion, JAM2 is subjected to evaluation for 12-24 months. Preferably by two people living in a partner relationship.

Phase VI.            

JAM1, JAM3 alt. JAM4 are built according to the principles of JAM2. Arrangements according to decision made at place in time for evaluation and adjustments.

Phase VII.            

At this stage, ICI-JA disposes experience, machines and capital to proceed with its experimental work. Members will be given the opportunity to contruct their own modules with help from the association, i.e machines, templates & space. How this will be made possible will be specified when that time is now.
